Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Managing Director in planning and executing strategic goals and operational initiatives.
• Oversee and coordinate activities across departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Facilitate communication between the Managing Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders, and represent the Managing Director in meetings when required.
• Monitor business progress and prepare detailed reports, presentations and updates for the Managing Director on business performance, estate operations and ongoing projects.
• Provide regular updates and reports to top management on key business metrics and operational developments.
• Work closely with relevant departments to resolve issues related to estate operations.
• Conduct regular site visits to estates to monitor performance, assess operations and provide guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of managerial experience, preferably in the oil palm plantation.
• Strong understanding of estate operations, business management and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to estates.
