Job Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in tasks coordination, problem-solving and operational efficiency.
• Oversee agriculture-related projects, equipment matters, factory processes and engineering tasks.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project and task execution.
• Provide on-site support, manage follow-ups and communicate with clients and teams.
• Support the sales team in technical discussions, customer engagement and post-sales activities (Sales Engineer role).
• Monitor project and task progress and provide timely updates to management.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Engineering, Sales, Project Management or related fields.
• Proactive, responsible and hands-on with strong execution and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and ensure task completion.
• Willing to travel for site visits and project follow-ups as needed.
• Prior experience in agricultural machinery, machinery sales or truck-related projects will be an advantage.
